Delete your Petiki account and data

You can delete your Petiki account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Petiki.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Legal and privacy > Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on all devices. Your data is permanently deleted from our servers after 7 days. If you used Sign in with Apple, Petiki's Apple authorization is revoked immediately.

To keep a copy first, use Settings > Legal and privacy > Download my data.

Without the app

If you deleted the app or cannot open it, email support@petiki.co with the subject "Account deletion request" and include one of the following so we can find your account:

• if you linked Apple or Google: that account's email address (with Apple "Hide My Email", the relay address Apple gave us);
• if you used Petiki as a guest: the ID shown in Settings > Account and subscription > User ID, if you have it.

We may ask for additional information to confirm the request is yours. Verified requests are completed within 30 days (usually much sooner) and we will confirm by email.

Guest accounts are not linked to an email address or name, so without the user ID we may not be able to tell which guest account is yours. For this reason guest accounts not used for 12 months (without an active subscription or an in-app purchase) are deleted automatically with all their data.

What is deleted

Your tasks, categories, notes, focus history, pets, coins, potions, items, badges, streak, device and notification records, consent records and purchase records, together with your customer record at our purchase verification provider (RevenueCat).

What remains

• Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 months after the deletion request; backups are used only for disaster recovery and expire automatically.
• Server logs: technical request logs containing your user ID (no IP addresses) are deleted after at most 30 days.
• Store records: Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel Petiki Plus. To stop being charged, cancel in the store:

• iPhone/iPad: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

You can also remove the link yourself: Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple > Petiki > Stop Using Sign in with Apple.
